西北太平洋公海海域秋季灯光敷网渔获率及物种多样性

Nekton species composition and biodiversity in high seas of the Northwestern Pacific Ocean in autumn

摘要: 根据2018年8月23日—9月26日4艘灯光敷网渔船开展大面调查的数据,利用相对重要性指数、Margalef物种丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数等指标,初步分析了西北太平洋公海海域秋季游泳动物种类组成和多样性特征,共鉴定游泳动物种类45种,分隶于9目21科37属。其中,软骨鱼纲2目2科2属2种、辐鳍鱼纲6目17科31属39种、头足纲1目2科4属4种。所有站位的平均渔获率为1 126.64 kg/h、41 727.11 ind/h。调查中鱼类占较大优势,其中日本鲭(Scomber japonicus)及远东拟沙丁鱼(Sardinops melanostictus)占据绝对优势地位,相对重要性指数分别为3 154.11和2 525.95,这可能与该生产区域历史上为日本鲭和远东拟沙丁鱼等中上层鱼类的重要索饵区域有关。该海域秋季游泳动物多样性指数H′平均值为0.70,范围为0.00~1.74;丰富度指数D平均值为0.36,范围为0.00~1.08;均匀度指数J′平均值为0.48,范围为0.00~0.97。其优势种明显,但种类组成较为单一,多样性水平较低,这原因可能是因为大洋海区种类较少,种间竞争小,互相间生态位挤占程度较低。多样性水平基本呈现南高北低的趋势,调查海域的北部区域为经济鱼种的渔场,因此多样性水平偏低。

Abstract: Based on the data of the light falling net survey from August 23 to September 26, 2018, the species composition and diversity characteristics of pelagic nekton of the Northwest Pacific Ocean were analyzed,using the relative importance index, species richness index, Shannon-Wiener index, and Pielou index. The results indicated that 45 nekton species belonging to 9 orders, 21 families and 37 genera were identified in this survey. Among them, Chondrichthyes included 2 orders, 2 families, 2 genera and 2 species; Radiopods included 6 orders, 17 families, 31 genera and 39 species; and Cephalopods included 1 order, 2 families, 4 genera and 4 species. The mean biomass and catch number of nekton in the investigating area was 1 126.64 kg/h and 41 727.11 ind/h, respectively. Scomber japonicus and Sardinops melanostictus were the absolute dominant fish, with the relative importance index of 3 154.11 and 2 525.95, respectively. This may be related to the fact that the production area was historically an important feeding area for important pelagic fish such as S. japonicus and S. melanostictus. The average Shannon-Wiener index (H') was 0.70, and the range was from 0.00 to 1.74. Species richness index (D) was 0.36, and the range was 0.00 ~ 1.08. Pielou index (J') was 0.48, and the range was 0.00 ~ 0.97. The dominant species in this area were obvious, but the species composition was relatively simple and the diversity level was low, which might be due to the small species composition, low interspecific competition and low degree of niche crowding among the oceanic areas. The diversity index showed a trend of higher in the south and lower in the north. The northern part of the surveyed area was a fishing ground for economic species, so the diversity level was low.
